Job Description

The Fijian Broadcasting Corporation is Fiji's largest media company providing radio and television services in the country. The FBC today operates a network of six radio stations; two in each of the three major languages (i-Taukei, Hindustani and English). FBC also has three television channels (FBCTV, FBC2 and FBC Sports HD).

The Motion Graphic Artist is responsible for developing creative and impactful concepts and advertisements.

1. Graphics Production
  • Enhancing, maintaining and growing FBC's brand image through promos and advertisements on television, print and online media
  • Working closely with FBC's TV team in developing campaigns to increase customer acquisitions and retentions, and enhance customer services and excellence
  • Developing creative concepts, illustrations, logos and other designs for advertisements and promos
  • Producing  and editing graphic visuals, delivering these to the respective work units in a timely and efficient manner
  • Developing the concepts, photographing and/or collecting images, and laying-out the designs for print and online media advertisements
  • Design and produce marketing communications for print, television, radio and website pieces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
  • Manage production of all graphics visual pieces from concept through to completion.
  • Deliver communication pieces within the agreed timeline.
  • Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
  • Working co-operatively and equitably with a diverse range of people to achieve business goals.

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of graphic design or video editing experience
  2. Ability to work under minimum supervision in order to meet deadlines
  3. Strong organizational skill
  4. Experience with Cinema 4D; 3 D Studio Max, Blender, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, or other softwares
  5. Basic videography/production skills - would be an added advantage
