Team Leader Graphics


Job Description

The Fijian Broadcasting Corporation is Fiji's largest media company providing radio and television services in the country. The FBC today operates a network of six radio stations; two in each of the three major languages (i-Taukei, Hindi and English). FBC also has three television channels (FBCTV, FBC2 and FBC Sports HD).

The Team Leader Graphics is responsible for overseeing the design and production of high-quality marketing materials across various multimedia platforms, including print, television, radio, and digital.

1. Marketing Communications
  • Designing and producing marketing communications for print, television, radio and website pieces for a variety of clients internally and externally.
  • Managing the end-to-end graphic design process for multiple projects, from initial concept development through to final production.
  • Ensuring the implementation of quality assurance processes to review and approve design work, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage project timelines to optimize workflow.
  • Proactively recommending creative communications for marketing proposals to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions and translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire the team, and foster the adoption of innovative techniques in graphic design.

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  2. Experience with Cinema 4D; 3 D Studio Max, Blender, Adobe Suite, Illustrator, or other softwares and an understanding of digital media production
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
  5. Basic videography/production skills - would be an added advantage
