Factory Manager


Job Description

The Factory Manager Southern Cross Foods is accountable for the leadership, management and control of all activities within Southern Cross Foods Pte Limited in accordance to the strategic direction of the CJ Patel Group and SCFPL's commercial viability, product quality, people safety and environmental sustainability. This position reports to the Group General Manager Manufacturing, CJ Patel Pte Limited.

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. Must have extensive demonstrated experience in production & Quality Management in a food processing operation.
  2. Must have knowledge and experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
  3. Computer literate and good documentation skills
  4. Analytical thinking ability and good communication skills
  5. Knowledge in Food safety management system, Good manufacturing practices, labour handling, root cause analysis
