Job Description

SC Foods is a world-class food manufacturer based in Ba, Fiji . Producing a variety of noodle, extruded snacks, and confectionery, SC Foods adheres to strict compliance with the international ISO accreditation standards and ensures the best in quality control and delivery.

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for quality standards and product specification at Southern Cross Foods Pte Limited. This position reports to the Factory Manager, Southern Cross Foods Pte Limited.

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. At least three years' experience in a similar role
  2. Experience working in the manufacturing industry
  3. Demonstrated experience in the area of food technology
  4. Knowledge HACCP Principles, Good Manufacturing Practices, and auditing.
  5. Analytical thinking ability and good communication skills
  6. Computer literate and good documentation skills
