Lead the Financial Future of a Proudly 100% Fiji‑Owned Poultry Industry Leader. Rooster Poultry is seeking an exceptional and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing environments to drive financial governance, commercial discipline, and long‑term sustainable growth across our integrated end‑to‑end poultry value chain, from feed and livestock to processing, distribution, and customers. As a key member of the Executive Committee and the principal financial advisor to the CEO, this role is based in Ba and is central to shaping corporate strategy, strengthening organisational resilience, and ensuring disciplined decision‑making that supports operational excellence and Future Farms’ long-term ambitions.

5. Commercial and Operational Finance

7. Capital Planning and Investment Management
  • Lead capital planning and investment evaluation processes.

8. Risk Management
  • Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain enterprise risk management processes relating to financial exposure.

  • Serve as the primary financial liaison with banks, auditors, regulators, and shareholders.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for Board review.

Qualifications

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred
  2. Minimum eight to ten years senior financial leadership experience
  3. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
  4. Experience managing finance functions within multi-site operations
  5. Demonstrated experience in financial governance, budgeting, and performance management
  6. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise financial strategy and advising executive leadership on commercial and investment decisions.
  7. Proven experience in capital planning, investment appraisal, and evaluation of large capital projects.
  8. Strong stakeholder management experience with banks, auditors, regulators, shareholders, and external advisors.
