The Fiji Claims Centre Hub Lead provides claims leadership and drives sustainable growth, operational excellence, and consistent customer experiences across Fiji Claims teams while embedding Tower’s culture and high-performance expectations. Technical, leadership, and transformation capability across Claims operations are advanced to deliver measurable improvements in cost efficiency, customer outcomes, and employee engagement. The role reports to Head of Claims Operations & Transformation.

Work Knowledge and Experience

  1. 10+ years in operational leadership roles with regional or multi-country oversight.
  2. Proven experience managing large-scale claims operations, including technical and complex claims.
  3. Demonstrated experience delivering and leading programmes of work and transformation initiatives.
  4. Proven capability inspiring and leading high-achieving teams to deliver results.
  5. Strong understanding of insurance regulations in New Zealand and Pacific jurisdictions.
  6. Experience collaborating with senior and executive stakeholders across internal and external partners.
  7. Experience applying risk management and health and safety practices within an operational environment.
  8. Experience using data, process improvement methods, and end-to-end process analysis to drive operational improvement.
